We have a great group of workers, volunteers and trustees helping us to make a difference. Meet our team.
Neil Fearn
Neil leads all our work across City and County. He is responsible for setting our vision, fundraising, creating and maintaining partnerships and ensuring the charity runs smoothly.
Neil is married to Helen and as well as birth children are foster carers and adopters with many years experience.
Zoe Bell
Zoe coordinates all our work in the County. She works with churches and church leaders to raise awareness of fostering. She also is heavily involved in organising our campaigns such as Fostering Sunday and Pray January.
She is married to Paul and they have two teenage daughters. Together they foster older children and teens on a long term basis.
Bishop Pangani Thipa
Pangani has been involved in 100 Homes since it began. He sit on our Trustee board and is our treasurer, looking after all of our finances. At the moment he is also Acting Chair of the board.
Sonia Green
Sonia is one of the founding members of 100 Homes and sits on our board of Trustees.
She has many years experience as a social worker and head of fostering at Nottingham City Council.
She is married to Richard and has grown up children. Richard also is very involved in 100 Homes as advisor to the board.
Beth Moran
Beth sits on our Trustee board and is also one of our experienced church speakers.
She is married to George and has four grown up children. They now are foster carers for teenagers.
Beth is also a best selling author and has sold over a million copies of her novels.
Simon Wright
Simon is one of our trustees, with a wealth of experience in business, systems and policies. He is also a trustee of his church. He is married to Janet and has four grown up children.
