Our Team

Neil leads all our work across Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, Derby and Derbyshire. He is responsible for setting our vision, fundraising, creating and maintaining partnerships and ensuring the charity runs smoothly.

Neil is married to Helen and as well as parenting their birth children, they are foster carers and adopters with many years experience. 

Jo and her family have been fostering with Nottingham City Council for 6 years and originally came through 100 homes.

Jo also works as a Journeying and family care coach for Safe Families and Home for Good, responsible for supporting families who are exploring fostering, adoption and supported lodgings. Jo has a youth justice background and is currently training as a counsellor. Jo has also authored and illustrated a number of therapeutic books for children. She also loves teaching performing arts, and has an animatronic dinosaur called Diego as part of her kit!

Jo is passionate about empowering families, their support network and church communities to be places of safety and where children and young people in foster care can thrive and belong.

Sheralyn is a foster carer with Derby City Council and is passionate about encouraging others to consider fostering through the local church. She runs a legal business, is a qualified Chartered Paralegal, and is currently pursuing her final solicitor qualification.

Sheralyn has a background in safeguarding and modern slavery, has authored the book Couch to Kilimanjaro, and regularly speaks in churches and community settings.

She is passionate about seeing vulnerable children experience stability, belonging and hope, and loves equipping churches and local communities to play their part in supporting foster carers and transforming the lives of children in care.

Walter says “I’m really pleased to be joining the 100 Homes team. I care deeply about helping children find safety, stability and somewhere they can truly belong.

I’m a family and friends foster carer, so I know first-hand both the challenges and the rewards that come with fostering. I’m looking forward to meeting churches, sharing the heart behind 100 Homes, and encouraging more people to explore fostering or support the amazing families who already do it.

Pangani has been involved in 100 Homes since it began. He sit on our Trustee board and is our treasurer, looking after all of our finances. At the moment he is also Acting Chair of the board. 

Sonia is one of the founding members of 100 Homes and sits on our board of Trustees.

She has many years experience as a social worker and head of fostering at Nottingham City Council.

She is married to Richard and has grown up children. Richard also is very involved in 100 Homes as advisor to the board. 

Beth sits on our Trustee board and is also one of our experienced church speakers.

She is married to George and has four grown up children. They now are foster carers for teenagers.

Beth is also a best selling author and has sold over a million copies of her novels. 

Simon is one of our trustees, with a wealth of experience in business, systems and policies. He is also a trustee of his church. He is married to Janet and has four grown up children.
